WáDoll is a marketplace designed for international BJD collectors, solving the challenges of language barriers, costly shipping, and difficult returns. Born from my own experience as an overseas buyer, WáDoll makes it easier and more affordable to access beloved dolls and accessories—turning frustration into a seamless, joyful collecting experience.

Collectibles Branding, Business Strategy

WáDoll

A brand concept video, created using AI tools including MidJourney and Runway, was designed to introduce WáDoll’s services and products while visually showcasing the experience we deliver to our customers.

Get to Know WáDoll

This concept envisions building an inclusive community alongside the marketplace, with events like a global BJD exhibition to connect collectors worldwide.

Connecting Collectors

Package design reflects WáDoll’s core value of trustworthiness. Designed for safety and reliability, we offer three custom box sizes to fit different needs—from an 8 × 8 × 8 box for doll heads to larger boxes for dolls up to 1/2 scale—ensuring every collectible arrives securely and with care.

Packaging with Care

The mobile and online shopping website is designed to make overseas doll shopping effortless, transparent, and worry-free, ensuring the brand identity operates seamlessly across both physical and digital platforms.

Seamless Shopping

Targeting Instagram, where most of our audience is active, I adapted brand elements to a scale and format that are easily consumed by social media users.

Scaled for Social

Authenticity is a major challenge in the BJD industry due to recast dolls. To address this, I designed a quality assurance certificate to accompany every purchase. I also created specialized carrying bags so collectors can transport their dolls with confidence.
